This policy explains how Fatih Serdaroğlu Medical Tattoo (“we”) handles information through our app Fatih_Serdaroglu_Otomasyon, which manages our own Instagram and Facebook business accounts (for example @fatih_serdaroglu_global).
It publishes our own videos to our accounts and replies to comments and direct messages people send to our accounts, so we can answer questions and guide them to our team on WhatsApp.
We do not collect passwords, payment details, or information from accounts other than our own. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiles.
Only to reply to you, to understand what you are asking about (for example areola pigmentation or scalp micropigmentation), and to let our team contact you if you asked us to.
To provide automatic replies we use: Meta Platforms (Instagram/Facebook APIs), Google (Gemini API, to draft replies), Hetzner Online (server hosting in Germany) and Dropbox (secure storage of contact requests). They process data only on our behalf.
Comment and message records are kept for up to 12 months; contact requests (phone numbers) until the conversation is completed or you ask us to delete them.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time — see Data Deletion. Under KVKK (Turkey) and GDPR (EU/UK) you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Please do not share medical details or photos in public comments. If you do share them in a private message, we use them only to answer you and pass them to our team.
